How do I know if my address is rural?

If you’re unsure, you can check with the NZ Post Address Finder. Rural addresses cost a little more ($10) due to courier surcharges.

Can I track my order?

Yep! Once your order has been sent, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Why does it take 7–14 days before shipping?

We’re a made-to-order brand. That means we only create items once you’ve placed an order — keeping things slow, special, and waste-free.
